FAQ

Is there a booking fee?

I require a 50% deposit for any services under $140 and anything above I require $50. In order to secure your spot this payment must be made.

If for any reason you need to reschedule or cancel a session your deposit will be good to use for when you rebook, this is only good for up to 60 days.

It is a nonrefundable payment that helps secure your session booking.

When will we get our photos?

Your hand edited images will be ready within a few days for you to choose your favourites from the photoshoot. After you choose your favourites I then finish editing them and send them your way to be able to download them and share them as you please.

Can I add packages together?

Yes, you can add packages together and we could agree on a set price with the packages that are combined. As the pricing would be determined by the amount of time spent taking the photos, types of packages, how many images, etc.

Rescheduling

If by any chance you need to reschedule or need to cancel your booking you are able to do so. Your deposit is good for another 60 days and could be used towards a session booked within this time frame. The weather is taken into account as well as other factors that may be unpredictable.

If you are sick, please let me know and we will reschedule for a different date as well.

I may also have to reschedule due to factors if I am sick or due to the weather or an emergency. If this happens your deposit may be refunded if we aren’t able to find another suitable date to reschedule.

How many pictures will we receive?

The amount of photos you receive are determined by the package you have chosen. If more images are wanted then we would agree on a new price with the extra images included.

Do I have to order my prints through you?

No you do not, you can download your images from my session with you and could go to a different place to have them printed if you would prefer as I don’t personally sell prints, only the downloads.

How do I Recieve my images?

You will Recieve your images through whichever social media we are communicating through. You will be given a link to choose you top favourites from your session for me to do final edits on before I send you them to download.

When downloading you will be given a code to do so and it will appear on the top right by your browser and you can view your downloaded images there to download to your device.

Where are you based and do you travel?

I’m based in Fort McMurray, but I am willing to travel within Alberta with a travel expense included. I’m very open to any questions about travel so feel free to contact me.

How do you capture weddings?

I love being able to capture the best moments at your wedding. I''ll communicate with you on what style of images you would like so I capture your wedding in the best way possible. It’s exciting for me to receive photos of your dress, shoes, invitations.! I love being able to capture the happiness, moods the calm parts, the crazy parts, all the emotion and especially all the details of your wedding day. That''s why I decided to photograph non-traditional, laid-back and traditional style weddings.
